For those of us familiar to working in front of a computer for many hours at a time it may be obvious the important benefits of stretching. They recommend in normal circumstances that you get out of your chair at least once every hour to get blood flowing through your body.
But that may not be so obvious to the freshly initiated. Those people recently forced to work from home who may not be used to it.
Stretching is even more important now that we are all working from home. Chances are you are set up on a couch or at a dining room table. These places are not designed for computing and ergonomics.
So every hour, if not less, take a few minutes to get up and stretch out your muscles. Your body and mind will thank you for it.
