COVID-19 UPDATE: PRE-ORDERING AND NEW PAYMENT OPTIONS

Good afternoon everyone,
We wanted to take a moment to update you on the latest changes here at Ches’s as we continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic.
Effective tomorrow, we will no longer be accepting cash at any of our locations. We will continue to accept payments via credit and debit.
We would also encourage you when possible to pay via phone when ordering. If you have a credit card, we’d be happy to process your payment when you call to place a pick-up order. If not, we can still process your debit via machine when you are in store.
While we love seeing you, right now we are doing our best to practice social distancing, so perhaps if you’re planning on coming by to place a take out order, why not call ahead first? You can place and pay for your order before coming in.
We will also no longer be handing orders to you directly. Our staff will lay your order on our counter or a nearby surface and once they have cleared the area, you are welcome to take your food. We take social distancing very seriously and hope you understand.
These are just the latest changes. Over the past week, we have changed from dine-in to take out and delivery only, and we have also reduced our hours of operation depending on demand. We expect further changes will be made as we all adapt to this situation, following government and public health recommendations. The health and safety of our staff and our customers comes first and all decisions are made with that in mind.
